As an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization, we follow international quality standards throughout our business process. In order to maintain optimum quality level in our products, we have employed an experienced team of quality controllers, who perform variety of quality checks in the entire manufacturing process, with a clear emphasis on supplying remarkable quality products to our international customers, We also have UL certified products. To adhere to UL quality norms we follow all the guidelines laid by the UL authorities.
We have our own in house quality control Department that works in conjunction with several Leading external Laboratories to provide accurate Certification, from raw material testing to verification of finished products and coating through destructive and non destructive testing.To ensure products made by us are of utmost superior quality we follow strict quality checks.
We have inhouse facility to conduct various test for quality, to name a few:
- GO/NO GO TEST
- SURFACE PLATING THICKNESS TEST
- SALT SPRAY TEST
- LOAD TEST
- DIMENSIONS TEST
